Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Jesus AI Chat · Last updated: October 1, 2026
This Policy describes how Kevaina Interactive LLC («the Company», «we») handles consumer health data in the Jesus AI Chat application («the App»), in accordance with Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada's consumer privacy law (SB 370) and the health-data provisions of the Connecticut Data Privacy Act. It supplements our Privacy Notice.
We ask for your express consent before the App processes this data, and you may withdraw it at any time.
1. What «consumer health data» means here
The App works with anonymous accounts: we do not ask for your name, email or phone number. Even so, what you say in your conversations may reveal information that these laws treat as health data —for example your physical or mental health status, a diagnosis or treatment, medication use, or signs of an emotional crisis. We also process a risk level when our safety system detects a possible crisis situation.
2. What we collect, for what purpose and from what source
| Health data | Purpose | Source |
|---|---|---|
| The text of your conversation (which may contain references to your physical or mental health) | Generate the avatar's responses and maintain continuity between calls | You, when you speak or type in the App |
| The AI-generated relationship summary | So the avatar remembers you between calls | Generated from your conversations |
| Risk level, date and country of a crisis event (without your words) | Safety: to suggest a professional helpline | Our safety classifier |
We do not use this data for advertising or to build profiles for commercial purposes.
3. Who we share it with
To generate the responses, we share only what is essential with artificial-intelligence providers that act on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes:
- Deepgram (USA) — transcribes your voice into text.
- Alibaba Cloud, Qwen model (Singapore) — generates the responses and the summary, and assesses risk.
- ElevenLabs (USA) — turns the response into voice.
- Simli (USA) — animates the avatar's video (from the voice, not your image).
- Supabase (USA) — the database where conversations (30 days) and the summary are stored.
We do not sell your health data and we do not share it with anyone for advertising or for their own purposes.
4. How long we keep it
- Conversation text is deleted automatically after 30 days.
- The relationship summary is deleted after 365 days of inactivity.
- Technical server logs are kept for at most 7 days; for calls made from the USA and Puerto Rico, those logs do not store the text of what you say.
You can delete everything sooner, at any time (see section 5). We keep, on purpose and as compliance evidence, the record of your consent and the referrals to helplines.
5. Your rights and how to exercise them
You have the right to confirm whether we process your health data and to access it, to delete it, and to withdraw your consent to process and to share it.
- Yourself, immediately: Settings → Delete account data deletes your conversations, the summary and the crisis events.
- In writing: info@jesuschatapp.com. We will respond within 45 days; if complexity requires it, we will notify you and may extend it by another 45 days, as the law allows.
- No discrimination: we will not treat you worse for exercising these rights.
6. Appeal
If we deny your request, you may ask us to reconsider it by replying to our email or writing to info@jesuschatapp.com with the subject «Appeal». We will give you the decision and its reasons in writing. If you are not satisfied, you may file a complaint with the Attorney General of your state.
